“I had a one to one session with Cathy to try and calm my nerves for competing in the British Powerlifting Championships. I have never tried this before and wasn’t sure what to expect. Cathy made me feel totally at ease and explained how it all works, we had a great session and I implemented all she had told me on the day and it really worked, I felt more at ease and focused and had a brilliant competition. I would definitely have another session next time I compete, I was so surprised how much calmer I felt.”
