ANCHORING

The process of associating an internal response with an external trigger so that the response may be quickly, and in some cases covertly accessed.

Amongst others, the states you can anchor are:

feeling positive

feeling confident

feeling calm and relaxed

feeling energetic

feeling motivated etc.

SPINNING

A useful, quick and hugely effective technique used to change an unhelpful feeling and negative emotions for more helpful feelings and emotions.

release stress / for calm

release sadness/ for contentment /joy

change fatigue / for energy
